Pricing in the likelihood of the previously fanfared $65.5m capital return of 3.8cps (i.e. 76cps post-consolidation) being abandoned completely, I think. We will get an announcement “late Feb or early Mar” according to the last update. Perhaps - incredulously - the board thought the share price would act differently after the TXMD acquisition and that would offset any slide from cancelling the distribution to shareholders. There has never been much accurate foresight in the ranks at MYX so why start now!
