    Volt, that is totally different to the part of short selling discussed here i.e. selling someone else's shares without their knowledge.

    If I had a super account that was losing substantial amounts of money from them lending the shares for shorting instead of selling themselves on my behalf, I think I would have a reason to complain don't you?
