In your case, you have previously mentioned you had "private" discussions with TODD/Management.

However, you did subsequently disclose a version of those discussions later given the length of time that had passed as you then deemed it not confidential. I don't have time to troll through your posts to find that but I do recall you doing this.

My question is simple and relevant. Did you agree to "assist" Todd/Management with their agenda for a fee? Did that fee involve any attempts to persuade minority shareholders in anyway?

Very simple and relevant in my opinion but up to you if you still want to avoid the question. Readers can then draw their own conclusions.
