Due to some current concerns on other TMT threads about ‘ misinformation’ ( plus one request for more research {cheers @my247shop }) I started this thread to collate information relevant to TMT’s history on the ASX, and before, which I hope may be useful to others.
I’d appreciate anyone who can add relevant information stepping in.
Beyond this, hopefully soon all the history herein, relevant or not, will become lost in the ‘annals’ after/if the proposed merger with Australian Vanadium goes through on 16/01/24.
Also NB; facts to follow, which are substantiated by website links, were gathered swiftly - please do your own research to confirm that what I have posted is correct and to add to it.

The IPO (initial public offering ) was set to close on 16/11/16 .
It offered new investors a chance to buy into TMT’s first public offering - ie a total of 20 million new dhares were offered s at 20c each before the company went public on the ASX:
The public launch followed a few weeks after the IPO closed:
As you can see the launch was at the end of calendar year 2016, just two days before Christmas.
The closing price that day was 23c
