just to throw in my 2 cents worth..

I have a few friends in the mortgage broking industry and he was saying to me this morning.. that all the brokers are calling up Rams customers and convincing them to leave Rams with all the uncertainity and unstability and refinance them thru another lender picking up 2 to 3 grand for each person in commissions.

He said theres over 300 customers his mortgage broking company has used Rams and has been calling up this week and with 95% of them he reckons are changing..

sad times isnt it.
