Just realised the interest rate on my RAMS 85% lo doc will now...

    Just realised the interest rate on my RAMS 85% lo doc will now be 8.79% (up from 8.19% on 4 July when loan settled).

    If I had been with RAMS for a few years I would refinance as deferred establishment fees would be less...so I assume most longer term existing clients will refinance to banks.

    This would not be good for the existing loan book.
