Hi All,

Just some Basics in Mining which is usually useful especially in dealing with foreign tenements.

This is quite old, which is normal as Mining Codes (or Mining Laws) are not changed that often. Usually, the main framework would be based from most of their Mining Code/Laws in the past.

I am trying to look for the updated version of their Mining Law (or Code) as I know they (the Camerron Gov't.) have been trying to come up with an updated version.

When I get an updated one, I will post it ASAP; unless of course, if one of our posters here got a copy of it (then pls feel free to pop it out).

For the meantime, this is a very good info (at a Fundamental Level) at this stage.
