    Hi Doogs,

Mate, to answer your question, I think it's a lot better if you please refer first to "my previous Post No.: 6532902".

I feel reluctant to add more as people here may take it wrongly again and may lead to negative reactions again later.

For the sake of giving respect to your genuine queries, and of course answering your questions, --- yes I hold various level of equity ownerships of several "privately controlled and operated" mining operations overseas (but just small-to-medium scale operations) on Coal, Gold & Silver and Nickel & Copper Operations. The beauty of such operations I have been lucky to be involved in (from conception to Exploration & Development, through to Feasibilkity Studies, Funding arrangements, EPCM, and finally Commissioning & ushering the Project to Production Stages) - is the fact that the major owners are just several or less in numbers. Usually, the equity owners are under half-dozen, and usually everyone sits in the Board. So the decision making and strategy for the Business Model to be adapted are normally made by the equity owners/Board.

For all of the above Projects, I always work my butt out initially, and "always work for free". I don't charge a fee, and I don't get any salary. I exchange my efforts and time invested in such Projects for certain % level of equity ownerships or options.

And I love it when it comes to cutting the cake at the end of the day, the slice that is being served to you (or dividend) would be a lot bigger (from the small projects) than from holdings of sizeable "individual ownership of shares" from any of the big public listed mining companies available.

The processes of developing such "privately controlled" small to medium sized Projects are practically identical to the ones used in the super-Big Projects (ie. with NPV ranging from $500-M++ to $5-B++). They are practically the same. The only difference is that the auditing procedures for the listed companies are much more in-depth and strict in following and satisfying protocols. However, the funding arrangements and commercial terms for smaller projects (as I find it) are usually easier and faster to negotiate and strike win-win deals, in most cases. And of course the execution steps are much faster with less hassles on these sort of Projects.

Professionally, in Australia, I work, collaborate and consult with the biggest mining company in QLD (3rd/4th in the world now) since 1994. And currently commercialising the "revolutionary new and greener technology" to be used in processing both Precious Metals and Base Metals in the mining industry for the next decades to come; - which I was lucky enough to be a co-inventor of the said Technology from early 1995 through to 2000.

Hope this helps. Have a good evening and a nice long weekend.

    Cheers,

    RVINTL.
