It would not surprise me if there is some short selling being executed with this stock. Corporate strucutre of convertible note (CN) deed means a big advantage for note holders if SP is low. Makes the recent CNs listed on the POMSOX more attractive to buy too.

While the coy is doing fine and making headway, the fact that ANZ Nominees and Citigroup hold stock on behalf of the main shareholders alleviates what little doubt I had that short selling is happening.
