Wow Taipan, I haven't seen you quite that fiery and worked up before but clearly the latest qtrly. and the "deception" re the reprofiling in the GSA has struck a nerve - and rightly so.
In terms of them going back and cutting a deal on Crux/ES ...is there still one to be cut ?
This just keeps looking like a highly engineered game to strip or grab the assets super cheap..... either that or total f***ing incompetence - take your pick - I tend to be at the conspiracy theory end of things 'cause DV doesn't strike me a someone who doesn't know what he is doing.
..of course someone coming in with a wad of money or low pitched takeover (we all know who that might be), may have already done a side deal to settle Sedco once they take control.
...I still don't get why ACG stuck so much money in earlier in the year.
...for now and for mine, I will just stick it out and see what time brings
