Yep and we almost got there too!. I was making the comment at the time simply based on deployed capital and this relationship to share price based on its peers.
Now I make the comment based on technicals, seasonal factors, and state of the overall market. I still see a recovery in these issues of sorts - simply because they have been beaten down to rediculous levels. By the time the profit results start to stabilise the share values will have already gone back up. The activity in SOH is a good example that prices will not stay that low for long as the sharks begin to circle.
