Why? Because the land appears to have oil.

So much so we had half our land bought for 70 odd million.

I have better things to do than get angry when the share price doesnt increase the day after I bought it.

If you get this emotional holding onto an asset you know is undervalued, I dont know how you can invest and sleep at night.

You sound like you do research and then fit that information to draw the most appropriate conclusion depending on what emotional state you are in.

I dont mind if it's Johnny McInbred from or Chesapeake who hold the company. I know its worth more than it is currently valued so, unless something horribly wrong happens (such as the land being a dust pit) I know I will make money on SSN.

I personally dont need to know every detail of every aspect of the company, just enough to understand the basic business model and a rough valuation. The rest is all in keeping my head clear and a rational mind.
