I think the more interesting thing with the sale of 7.5 million shares is where did they go? If to the same buyer they are only about 1.5 million shares away from going substantial (5%+) I would love to know who has been buying up.

With regards to the JV with THX, This is also extremely positive as they hold all the ground adjoining the cleos tenement where as this licence alone was never going to have enough U308 for us to mine as a stand alone operation. Good terms for us I think without any real costs and still maintaining 30% interest should they move to mine it.

I think that by clearing the decks of some of these marginal projects we could see the company focus on something of a bigger size if the opportunity presents itself
