some clarification stll needed, page-7

Ok folks,

Relatively new to this game and have a couple of questions.
1. Why build a pilot plant that only produces 300 tonnes of nickel if the resource is there and Jiaming has the proven technology to extract the product.
2. Frame agreement signed with china based companies with money in the bank and need for resources to continue putting money in the bank. Wouldn't this push the share price of JRV higher?
3.Nickel price seems to be taking a bit of a beating over the last 12 months, is this due to massive stockpiles, does anyone see this turning in the near future?
