it is interesting that old things are being dragged up
it is strange the amount of hate there is toward the company and the possible reasons for that
anyway the tax issue
this issue was a bit of a beat up in years gone by GCN got a R&D rebate, and they did this year, normally it was off set against any tax paid, this year it was changed, so they had to pay them money only to get more back than they paid
where did this story originate? and who from when business is re structured and people lose jobs there is sometimes bad blood, directors then sell shares, even tho they give the market an assurance the day before starting to sell they will remain shareholders of the company.
this is not opinion, this is fact if you look art the announcement and then the change in substantial holding notice and selling dates.
as for ezybonds, GCN have worked out with them that they can use them as a payment gateway provider and worked out a transaction fee of much lower than market standard,
there is no agreement as such that locks P1/GCN into using Ezybonds on an exclusive basis, Ezybonds cannot be used in China, and will not, IPSHK will be used in China and there is an MOU in place there.
GCN owns 40% of Pharmasafe, Dr Avni Sali will soon conduct trials in Melbourne
as I have said many times, the naysayers can only bring up past things that have no relevance like tax issues, performances of 10 years ago, many companies, some of them the biggest in the world have vanished in those years while GCN has continued.
the likes of LG.Sony, Microsoft, IPSHK, Mastercard think GCN will continue for some time longer
let's see if those names can be added too.
