Lenni, if your information is correct (and I note that you have had good insight into the company and have put the time in) then you have made it clear how the NPV gets to 1.1B.
However a 7% per annum increase in price of the main product over 20 years, with a 3% increase in costs, in a financial model is a not "best practice" despite what forecasts of demand and supply are.
It is building a classic profit wedge into the numbers - which may or may not eventuate, and will always make the project look good.
What this says is that on today's prices with the numbers released by the company Nolans appears to struggle (and that is being kind)
