Hey Lenni,
hope all is well. Re the change in production timelines, I believe this is part of the "conservative" approach taken with this PFS. Like you I understood production in 2010 and AS mentioned this in the BRR interview the the schedule it towards the long end.
I'm certainly not convinced on this conservative approach, put the hard figures out there as you know them now, disclose what you assumptions are and caveat it with your PFS +/- 30% and let it be judged.
All that has happened is we now have dozens of interpretations of what it all means leading to more confusion and negativity.
