IMO

1. whatever court case Genorah is fighting about one farm in Tubatse ( tubatsehas 3 farms) , this is G problem .
Even if G looses it ( and it is long process) then G will nee to give more of its shares to opposite party. NO EFFECT ON NKP.
I am not worried here.

2. Reasing at 8 c ? possibility - yes ! but it has to be offered to all shareholders !!!!! corporation law.
and even then i see it as unlikely since G would sell to AMED for at least 20-25 c per share

3. IMO , now we at really transofrmational stage for this 60mln oz Platinum company with few more areas of platinum to discover and AMED on board( with new managment obviously comming in) - this is should be trading at over 40c next 3-4 months


look at AQP has debt equal assets and operation is loosing money and still valued at 450mln
