Why did you fail to ask that question of the poster who first introduced the subject of Justice Hayne’s opinion into the thread, to which I offered some qualifying comments.

Evidently, your need to muzzle those whose opinions do not accord with your own is so twisted and biased that it is causing your pedantry to be selectively applied.
