No one is saying science has the truth.

Absolute truth is something we cannot experience as humans.

But for the sake of progress and technology that lags science by about 20 years the climate science consensus is high a enough to be accepted as theory-

It is considered sufficiently true in order to develop practical responses to climate change and CO2 emissions.

For now the science is settled and the arguing and bickering needs to give way to actions.
