Use rewashable nappies, and if she can't breast feed, cows milk diluted with one quarter boiling water (brings it nicely up to 37C).
Unless the baby is allergic to cows milk, which is rare, this won't be a problem.

Oh, and sell the house and rent. Much less stressful. If you've already got a baby, you've got enough stress!
