I'd reckon they're between 5 and 10 years behind CETO as fas as the R&D development process is concerned. Interesting that the projected output from a single buoy is between 1 and 2 kW, compared to 240 kW (CETO 5) and 1 mW ( CETO 6) - that's a lot of buoys to produce a meaningful amount of power. Difficult to see how it could compete with a few solar cells and a battery...
