Does anyone here know anything about Civco's purported high level disinfection technology for cleaning ultrasound probes (ASTRA VR)? See the reference in the following linked item from a few weeks ago. It refers to 510 (K) clearance from FDA(?) http://www.infectioncontroltoday.com/news/2016/03/civco-medical-solutions-acquires-pci-medical.aspx
I thought I'd enquire here, as I have had no luck to date in getting a comment from Nanosonics.
