Interesting find. Can you point me to the page in the prospectus. I find reference to the Red Planet Software licence on page 45 of the prospectus but it doesn't mention the 30 day cancellation. It only describes the software as a care of loan management service platform that was subsequently altered for payment processing.
I'm not concerned about the outsourcing of software development, but the 30 day license retraction seems like a risk that should be addressed. Might be worth reaching out to the company.
