The DERM Minister was forced to make the announcement as Carbon Energy was publicly implying that the problem was DERM.
As we see now, the Carbon Energy application that requested a massive increase in waste processing capacity failed to address environmental management. This seems to be a pattern with CNX and is what we have come to expect. Andrew Dash has yet to account the previous breach of environmental management.
(Those charges are due before the court again on the 29 March for legal argument.)
