Good to see these sort of trades starting to occur. Shows that CHL is likely on the radar now of some of the micro-cap managers given CHL has been sitting above the $100m to $150m market cap for 'a while' now.
The stock is tightly held so it was only a matter of time that some of the pre-IPO investors like Acorn were going to take some good gains and provide other fund managers the opportunity to bring it into their Micro-cap portfolios.
My guess is that it was Acorn selling to the likes of either Pendal, Ausbil, WAM etc It has an attractive story for a portfolio manager.
Time will tell.
