Not so sure about your comparison with Airbnb vs hotels. When I compare Camplify to Apollo Tourism and Tourism Holding, the 3 offer the same products : caravans, vans... When you compare Airbnb vs hotels, the products are a bit different, so people do not consider only the price, but also the services (for example larger space usually on Airbnb).
