some facts to mull over

There are over 17500 shareholders in VCR.
There are 5000 plus shareholders with over 10000 shares.
If these 5000 take up full entitlement it would double the shares on issue and raise $25m.
At the moment there is a 25% premium on the SP.
The end result will be massive dilution therefore not to be in for the full entitlement (a measly $5k) will be not in the best interests of the shareholder IMHO.
Hopefully by the end of TFY the SP has appreciated enough, and sales and reimbursements have increased enough for the next raising to dilute not as much.
Anyhow, nearly at the end of the journey and it seems acceptance is gaining more and more for the device.
