frontrunning - "hard coal" does not necessarily mean anthracite coal. Mark probably chose the word to describe the harder nature of the coal (i.e. indicating that it is likely to be coking as opposed to PCI/SSC/thermal).
Many people also refer to coking coal as hard coking coal (HCC), again a "hard coal".
Lab tests will confirm quality, however I'm pretty sure its coking coal and not anthracite that we are dealing with. Don't recall any other Mongolian players digging up anthracite...maybe in South Africa.
Coking coal is superior to anthracite in a big way!
