I'd add that there aren't an excessive number of shares on issue, I hate seeing shells that have 1 billion plus shares on issue and it take 300m shares to trade to induce a 1 tic movement. There's much less than that (even after cap raising I would imagine) and from my observations they are shares in tight hands.

Capital structure is very important. CEO has the perfect formula
