what amazes me is how anyone would give a thumbs up to such an ignorant question like that.
P1 had the idea, they have the merchant list and they approached GCN for their technology, to be a partner.
well in fact they might not have approached them to be a partner first up, but that's what was eventually agreed upon.
it is a bit like asking why didn't microsoft develop facebook.
