Yes very familiar. With all my/our venom directed at DV, and deservedly so, we tend to forget who the ultimate puppeteer is... KS! The rich get richer, while the retail investor gets pillaged at every opportunity. Unfortunately IMHO LDM is DV's puppet and so on down the chain.
Perhaps when this TO is all over it will become a case study for how regulations need to be tightened! It's about time that investors in small-cap companies are treated as owners rather than cash cows.
