Hello Everyone,
If Crawley Investments take their holdings of RBM to above 20 % they will have to announce their intentions to the Market, therefore I don't expect to see them buying any more RBMs for now.
To me it looks like Crawley Investments view this present Bear (Bare, to me) Market as a suitable Time to take a solid position here in RBM.
Just a thought and its just a thought, PERHAPS Crawley Investments may have something to say before the RBM, A.G.M.. on the 26th of Nov. 2008.
(I would like to see them,Crawley Investments offer a Premium Price for the 120,000,000 RBM Share Placement to be Voted on per resolution 6 at the RBM A.G.M. which would save a lot of 'fooling around' with 80 % of Market Prices over 5 Days for Share Placments --- yeah, clear that Macbank Loan and 'put some plans in place' etc. for the next stage of prodution) .
Yes a ' White Knight' has arrived here !
