I just checked out the Q&A forum on Intec's website. All of the recent queries are being answered with the general assumption (at least that is what I gather) that the Mayfield acquisition is a go-er.
Of course we shouldn't read into Q&A forums too much. But yes, in their last announcement Intec didn't seem overly excited with the prospect of finding appropriate financing for this... It also appears that Delta don't have too many offers coming in and are getting desperate to sell Mayfield, that works in favour of Intec.
Ahh, where is a crystal ball when you need one.
