    below is my new spreadsheet, which i am satisfied with

    i contacted UCL, who said their scoping study was done at $90/t revenue and the NPV was before tax

    thus my NPV numbers ($350m) come close to their NPV ($312m) after doing a NPV calculation in Excel

    at current RP prices ($200/t), the forecast looks excellent (15 bagger)

    but at RP at $140/t, it does not look good as a long term investment, with full product in 2015 or so

    regards
