Simple explination, Cloudbreak was and still is a high strip ratio, last downturn it was the biggest producer, Christmas Creek was ramping up, lower strip ratio, now firetail is on line the strip ratio is lower again. If times get tough once again at least they only have production costs to worry about and not all the construction that was going on last time, they are in a much better place these days, anyone who says different should contact the board and ask the question, $80 is fine, it is not sustainable for all the producers long term, so what, are they all going to go under, dont think so..........
