***posters rationalizing in huge way*** I think the salient point about the PDN annoucment is that they have Never encountered a problem similar to RTM's.... One possibility is that RTM is remiss on expenditure commitments and have ended up meeting these after the renewal date. I don't think the issues will be resolved quickly.
