    We all know about NCM's woes; LHG is mining a volcano for Gawd's sake!! ... even the mighty NEM is having trouble generating those 'massive profits' from a rising gold price:

    "Newmont Mining Corporation (NEM) reported September quarter net income of US$126m compared with net income of US$129m for the third quarter of 2004"

    "Caveat Emptor", I say ... all is not what it may seem.
