I agree, there's no bad news in this progress report, unless of course one was planning to sell the stock in the very near term - Market junkies in need of a quick fix, and all that.

The integrity of the subsea equipment is far more important to get right, especially in light of the fact Galoc has been ten years in the making. So another fourteen days or so won't be an issue for investors

In reading the report, is understable that NDO have been reluctant to speculate on an exact start date: in any case it is not their role to comment, save for relaying information from the operator
