Did you talk to Martin Jones or Robert Krachler at Ferrier Hodgson?
They are both awaiting instructions from Korda Mentha (Receiver) as to whether a sale of assets will go ahead. At this point there has been no sale and FH has recently requested an update from KM.
The circular update issued by FH 3 May 2017 was purely to assist SH's in finalising tax returns.
