Maybe he got it 2 years out and forgot about the EV........given it hasn't been sold (that we know off), I think they are waiting for the optimal PoN to sell or relist (they aren't stupid, if we know what the mine is worth I am sure they do as well).
If the mine has high production cost and capital expenditure, then that is another story........
