    Also they do get the $115M USD SCSN interest of 8.5% p.a. so around $40M USD of total premium payment interest for the 4 year SCSN loan but nothing for their initial investment in MBN of around $250-300M USD after the DOCA for the last 3 years.
    For an investment fund, you would expect at least 50% return on that investment......and I think they only need to put an additional fund of $10M USD this year for C&M, and don't forget if they do restart the mine, you would think they still have that $11M USD VAT refund for restart cost so they don't need to input the cost for that.
