Fact: Liquidation was approved 6 months ago.
Fact: Liquidator has issued a statement regarding the unlikelyhood of shareholders receiving a dividend from liquidation.
Fact: mbn is now unlisted.
Fact: Capital losses on mbn can be realised from both of the above points.


I am not going to speculate on delays, but it reads that mbn is being investigated as a part of its liquidation. DYOR.
