    The only two secured creditors are Banco Bradesco and Caterpillar, and as far as I am aware, they do not own a single share in MBN. Wellington, BNYM etc are all non secured noteholders. Thus, the interests of the secured creditors (who are not shareholders) differ from that of the non secured ones (who are the shareholders).
