The letter was from the liquidators who's opinion is the shareholders won't get anything from the sale of the assets after the secure creditors get their money first, and given PoN has been around $4-4.5US/lb for 1.5-2 years there was no way they can get more than $200M USD for the mine (which we have always known) but if PoN was $6-7US/lb.......me, I am not doing anything but you can claim the loses.
