What is going on with PoN. As much as I like PoN to rise , a leap like this might send wrong
Signals to producers like First Quantum . They might reverse their plan to shutdown the Ravensthorpe
this September. PAN is now planning to go online hence the jump in sp of 41% within 1 month.
If PAN is on the verge of  restarting then MBN will be in the same status. The Br Real is kept
within 3.15 to A $US.PAN restarting Cost is 20Million into production. MBN might be the same
but could still get the government tax rebate to finance restart.
