The majority creditors are original share holders when they swapped their notes for ownership of the company in terms of ordinary shares, and these majority creditors are still substantial share holders who still own 60% of the O/S after swapping the $395M USD debt for shares.
They want to sell the mine at a very good profit so their shares are worth something or relist so their shares are worth something, another DOCA has been eliminated straight away as the creditors are also substantial share holders......it's a very unique situation.
