If they get so far and would do it legally, it means no chance for us to win in the court. Could they do so? I believe it.
If they get so far and would do it illegally, they would play the tricks very carefully. Could we catch them? We need lawyers. If big shareholders want to initialize the legal war, great. If not, you are deserve to be shafted. How many have been shafted in some ways?
By the way, if they set up a new ltd company, bid the mine in the market, no anyone else bid higher, and they get the mine at killing price, they are legally shafting us since we don't and have not capacity to protect ourselves.
The law in principle wants the rightness in procedure and market open, which are common good even bad to the pennies such as us!

There lies the questions......who can't see the potential in the mine with how much these substantial share holders/creditors have invested already, and with the PoN recovery and EV boom????
