They did get total operation cost (including capital expenditure cost) down to $5-5.5US/lb so credit goes to them for achieving this but they (along with the market) didn't forecast that PoN would crash so low so they've protected their investment for 2+ years by protecting their shares......that's the difference between a real and false "liquidation", IMO.
