They legally have the rights to secure their investment and shares by doing this false "liquidation" strategy (there is no law how long a company can be in "liquidation" for, it's up to the creditors what they want to do), I never said it wasn't legal but if they somehow sell it to themself cheaply that would be a different situation, don't you think????
